Films: Memento, Vertigo, Inception, Spirited Away are always on my favorites list. I’m a big fan of classic noir. Other films – Arrival, THG series, Snowpiercer, Mad Max Fury Road, Ex Machina, The Martian, Wonder Woman, Get Out, SW: Last Jedi, Black Panther.
YA fantasy/science fiction novels: Hunger Games, Uglies, Legend, Geektastic, Incarceron, Beautiful Creatures, Never Let Me Go, Fifth Wave, THR series and anything by Neil Gaiman.
Adult novels: Thrillers of course. Dark Matter, Afterlife, Girl on a Train, Before I Go To Sleep, Gone Girl. Anything by Ishiguro especially I Let You Go, Remains of the Day and Buried Giant. S. (Dorst and JJ Abrams), The Demonologist
Also a major fan of James Rollins, Eoin Coefer, Joe Hill, Dean Koontz, Stephen King and Harlan Ellison. Oh, and Shakespeare.
Television: Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Penny Dreadful, 12 Monkeys, BBC’s Sherlock, Matt Smith’s Dr. Who, Blacklist, Blindspot, the French series Les Revenants. Also Fargo, The Last Ship, The Strain, Tyrant, Wayward Pines, Mr. Robot (really love), The Night Manager, The Strain, Westworld, Good Behavior, Incorporated. For silly fun Last Man on Earth. Guilty pleasures: The Voice and NBA basketball.
Theatre: Hamilton (both LA and London), Network at NT, Red, The Ferryman. Favorite Shakespearean performance was Mark Rylance in Twelfth Night.
Favorite fun places: The Magic Castle and Club 33 at Disneyland.
Music: Maroon Five, Sia/Florence and the Machine/Amanda Palmer/Muse/Arcade Fire/Black Keys/Ed Sheeran/, Mozart and so much more.
Food: Lobster. I’m a foodie who tries to avoid wheat and sugar.
Sports: Snorkeling, kayaking, swimming.
Hobbies: I collect charm bracelets with 3D charms from different eras and different countries. I love anything tech, am a geek at heart.
What don’t I like? Bullies, snarks and breakfast meetings. I am not a morning person.
