STARTERS debuted at #2 on this list of Southern Calif Independent Booksellers – which is pretty much all the bookstores except for B&N. It remained for another week, popped back on again later for a total of three weeks. But I never expected it to show up again, 6 months after publication. I am grateful to the very hard-working indie booksellers in California – thank you all!
